		<description><![CDATA[Experienced librarians should spend more time putting up this type of content, since it is very informative for new librarians to see that we continue to struggle with the same concepts and improvements, for example, in search engines.  In a way, it is a measuring stick for our profession.  I wonder if there is an archive where all the work done by librarians goes?  I think it would be neat to see other work done by librarians who have worked in the profession for awhile.  Too much of the focus online is on the cutting edge and not enough on the past.]]></description>
